Loved our stay in this hotel. Everything was nice, magnificent location really close to the bus station, and the lake, temple and white buddha statue, attentive staff. Had a very very good stay for a night in our high standard room with balcony.

Our city trip stay had some bright moments at this place. The views from the rooms were amazing and the price was budget-friendly. The location was also very convenient, close to the city center and tourist attractions. One more advantage was the good quality of the bedding, which was very comfortable for resting after long days of sightseeing.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, giving us strict and unreasonable rules to follow. some deception was also perceived, such as false promises of services and hidden extra costs.

The owner, Mr. Thuvan, was so helpful and gave great advice on what to see in the area. The guesthouse was clean and pleasant, and the value for the price was unbeatable. The only downside was the internet access, which was slow and charged an additional fee. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.
